Challenge:
Strengthen the San Francisco Bay Area network associated with My Climate Journey, a climate venture fund and podcast. My role involves ideating and executing network development and deal flow through a robust community.
Action:
I have moderated several thematic panel discussions on topics such as Climate X AI, industrial decarbonization, and utilities. Additionally, I developed a climate ritual called Climate Meals, where small groups share vulnerable stories about why they care about working in climate tech.
Result:
We have cultivated an extremely engaged audience of 300-1000 members in the SF Bay Area who continuously interact with the community, fostering genuine networking opportunities.
